• Have a positive EBITDA and demonstrate a consistent ability to be profitable. 
• Companies with an understandable business model.
• Excellent entrepreneurs and managers that will lead the company prior to making the investment.

We seek to acquire a majority stake to have a deciding voice in the companies we invest in; nonetheless we consider minority investments with a long term investment horizon through partners who share our values. As a firm we avoid investments in start-ups, turnaround situations, loss making businesses, complicated business models and firms that require a post-investment change in senior management.

Direct Investment Advisory Services:  Manixer offers family offices and High Net Worth Individuals advisory services relating to their direct private equity and real estate investments. Including:

• Monitoring and reporting on existing portfolio.
• Review of investment opportunities.
• Valuation of existing and potential investments. 
• Negotiation of terms with counterparts including sellers and lending banks. 
• Structuring of investments including coordination with tax advisors.
